How to request materials
- Review availability. Check this page and the BEI Resources FR3 catalog for materials already listed.
- Submit a request. Contact FR3 directly at ejacob7@uga.edu with the material requested, intended use, and shipping destination.
- Complete required agreements. Most material transfers require a signed indemnification agreement and/or Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA) before shipment.
- Shipping costs. Requesters are typically responsible for shipping costs; you’ll be notified of these before your request ships.
- Acknowledge NIAID. Any publication resulting from the use of FR3 materials must acknowledge NIAID support.
